Head of the former US Bureau of the Public Debt.
The Bureau was the agency responsible for borrowing the money needed to operate the US federal government, within the Fiscal Service of the United States Department of the Treasury.
The former Bureau of the Public Debt merged with the Financial Management Service to form the Bureau of the Fiscal Service.
