OPEC is the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries.
OPEC+ is a broader grouping that includes a number of other oil-producing countries, as well as core OPEC members.
The other countries in OPEC+ are Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Brunei, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Mexico, Oman, Russia, South Sudan and Sudan.
