Human resources - working practices.

Flexible working is a way of working designed to suit an employee’s individual needs, for example having flexible start and finish times, or working from home.

With effect from April 2024, most employees in the UK have a legal right to request flexible working under the Employment Relations (Flexible Working) Act 2023.
