The International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) is one of the institutions of the World Bank Group.
ICSID was established in 1966 to be the world’s leading forum for international investment dispute settlement.
ICSID is identified for investor-state dispute settlement in many relevant treaties and contracts.
