1. Financial promotions - risks - wording.
Risk related information that must be prominently displayed in promotional material for financial products for retail customers.
Examples include:
- "Your capital is at risk & your losses may exceed your deposits."
- "Your vehicle may be at risk of repossession if you fail to repay your [vehicle] loan."
2. Credit ratings - other contexts.
Information - prominently displayed - about the reliability of information, risks, or any other matters relevant to a reader.
For example, the suffix "pi" is added to public information credit ratings, as a health warning to indicate that they are based on public information only.
