The UK GDPR is the regime for the UK that deals with data protection and data privacy.
The UK GDPR derived from the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regime that formerly applied to the UK, and still applies in the European Union.
The oversight body for the UK is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
