When a remittance clears through the banking system, it results in an increase in the cleared balance in the payee's account, which they can then draw down against.


2. Securities - derivatives contracts - counterparty risk - clearing.

To act as a central counterparty to facilitate market transactions and reduce counterparty risk.


3. Adjective - disclosure - reporting.

Appropriately complete and easy to understand.
