1. Financial services regulation - supervision.

In financial regulation and supervision, a college is a collaboration between multiple regulators or supervisors, often dealing with entities or problems that span multiple jurisdictions.

"The [European Council has] approved a new regulation on central securities depositories (CSDs), designed to force member state supervisors to cooperate more intensely on securities markets and investor protection, sometimes via a ‘college’ of regulators. The reform is supposed to boost ‘passporting’, enabling a CSD based in one EU member state to provide services in another."
