Corporate governance - sustainability.

(TSI).

Total Societal Impact is designed to measure the full economic, social and environmental impact of an organisation's products, services, operations, core capabilities and activities.

It was developed by the Boston Consulting Group and first published in 2017.

It aims to integrate analysis and strategy in relation to shareholder value and corporate longevity with the organisation's pursuit of positive societal impact, rather than viewing them as objectives to be pursued separately.
