Securities - issuance - listing - agency.
It is common for issuers to appoint a listing agent in certain jurisdictions (for example Luxembourg).
The listing agent will communicate with the listing authority and/or stock exchange and competent authority on behalf of the issuer and will ensure that all necessary documents are submitted to the listing authority and/or stock exchange.
