Verification of Payee

EU financial regulation - Instant Payments Regulation (IPR).

(VOP or VoP).

Verification of Payee is a tool to help prevent APP fraud and accidentally misdirected payments, similar to Confirmation of Payee (CoP).

It is a requirement of the EU Instant Payments Regulation (IPR).
