Money Market Funds Regulation

Financial market regulation - European Union.

(MMF Regulation).

Regulation (EU) 2017/1131 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 June 2017 on money market funds.

It became mandatory for all funds from January 2019, and for new funds from July 2018.
