1. Investment and funding appraisal - internal rate of return (IRR) - re-invested funds.

Alternative name for Modified Internal Rate of Return, a refinement of the internal rate of return (IRR) measure.

More broadly, one of a number of measures that factors in external and non-financial effects to financial analysis, as well as the cash flows of the organisation or proposal under review.
