Data protection law - General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

(DPA).

DPAs are national authorities that supervise the application of data protection laws.

They provide expert advice on data protection issues, and handle complaints of violations of the GDPR and relevant national laws.


The DPA for the UK is the Information Commissioner's Office.
