Psychometric testing and profiling.

DiSC is a psychometric test that measures personality and behavioural attributes on four primary scales:

  1. Dominance: accomplishing results, the bottom line, confidence.
  2. Influence: influencing or persuading others, openness, relationships.
  3. Steadiness: co-operation, sincerity, dependability.
  4. Conscientiousness: quality and accuracy, expertise, competency.

The DiSC test is based on the work of the psychologist William Marston, including his book Emotions of Normal People, 1928. Marston also created the Wonder Woman comic character.
