1. Interest rates - reference rates - benchmark interest rates.
In the context of benchmark interest calculations, one of a number of banks that are members of a panel, whose members provide contributions of interest rates for the calculation of a benchmark rate.
For example, EURIBOR.
Also known as a contributing bank.
2. Tender panels.
In the context of tender panels, a bank that is a member of the tender panel.
