(SLLB).
As defined by the Sustainability-Linked Loans financing Bonds Guidelines, a Sustainability-linked loan financing bond is a bond designed to finance a portfolio of sustainability-linked loans aligned with the Sustainability-Linked Loan Principles (SLLP).
- Sustainability-linked loans financing bonds (SLLBs) are a separate category of bond
- "It is important to note that SLLBs should be considered as a separate category and not be considered or presented as Green, Social, Sustainability or Sustainability-Linked Bonds (“GSSS Bonds”).
- However... there are similarities, in that the financing of a portfolio of sustainability-linked loans (SLLs) is analogous to the green/social Use of Proceeds financing of Green, social and sustainability (GSS) bonds."
