The TGROW model is a coaching model, being an acronym for:
- Topic
- Goals
- Reality
- Options
- Will
The phases of this model are:
- Clarification and exploration of the Topic for coaching
- What do you want (Goal)
- What's happening now (Reality)
- What could you do (Options)
- What will you do (Will).
TGROW is an extension of the GROW model.
