Lumina Spark is a psychometric test that measures personality and behavioural attributes on four primary scales:

  1. Inspiration driven v Discipline driven
  2. People focused v Outcome focused
  3. Big picture thinking v Down to earth
  4. Introverted v Extraverted


These attributes are measured under three sets of external conditions, also known as 'personas':

  1. Underlying
  2. Everyday
  3. Overextended
