In relation to information and data, to label and format consistently.


2. Financial products.

In relation to a retail financial product, to engineer a product having a relatively high degree of complexity, for example incorporating an option.

Examples include structured deposits.


3. Corporate finance.

To design and implement relatively more complex financing arrangements including multiple different capital instruments, for example to support major capital projects.


4. Land and buildings.

A structure is anything erected or constructed that is distinct from the land it is located on.
