Learning and development - coaching - executive & organizational coaching - transactional coaching.

Single-loop learning is a process of learning that seeks to fix a particular problem without considering:

  • the system as a whole or
  • why the problem may have occurred or
  • whether the goal is correct.

Single-loop learning deals with problems as they arise, making the necessary adjustments, and then assessing the outcome.

Rather than taking a strategic approach that questions purpose, values, and assumptions behind actions.
