Working effectively with others - coaching.

Transformational coaching is designed to enable clients to create fundamental shifts in their capacity to change their habitual ways of doing things.

The process of transformational coaching aims to achieve these beneficial shifts through transforming clients' ways of thinking, feeling and behaving in relation to specific situations that they find problematic.

Transformational coaching incorporates a focus on 'double-loop' learning, in which the framework in which the client has previously understood the problem is challenged.

This goes beyond the simpler learning or problem solving associated with transactional coaching.
