Characteristic behaviours of the specialist role include:

  • Providing specialist in-depth knowledge and skills in key areas


Related strengths include single-mindedness, self-starter, dedication.


Associated weaknesses may include offering only a narrow contribution, dwelling on technicalities, presenting too much information.
